I really enjoyed the Metro42 program. I needed a way to get motivated to get back into the gym, being part of a team made me more accountable, and got me in the gym regularly again. I really liked the circuit workouts, time seemed to fly by, and I liked seeing how many calories I burned with the MyZone heart rate monitoring system. Also, since we did most exercises for 20 to 40 seconds with a rest, I put 200% out there! It felt so good when we were done the workout. I fully appreciate the framework of the program, and I have no regrets! I met my goal, shed 12 pounds, learned how to drink more water, and boost my energy with better exercise routines.

The Metro42 challenge is worth the sweat, and money!
