I would like to personally thank the Metro42 team for helping me to achieve my weight loss goal of 10% in the recent Metro42 fitness challenge. The 5:30 PM high intensity interval training sessions with Ashlea, Cameron and Tony were certainly challenging, but the spirit and camaraderie shared by members of the group actually made it (somewhat) enjoyable. The group BodyPump sessions on Saturday mornings were a great way to start off the weekend. Patrick's guidance and regular emails really helped me to stick to the eating clean diet.

With the cardio conditioning and improved core strength developed during the last 6 weeks, I now have a great foundation for achieving my next fitness goals. Keep up the good work!
